Baraitser Rodeck Garner Syndrome

Baraitser Rodeck Garner syndrome is a rare disorder that affects a person’s physical and mental development. People affected by Baraitser Rodeck Garner syndrome usually have intellectual disabiities and seizures. Their skull bones will sometimes fuse before they should, causing their head to be slightly smaller than normal and leading to unusual facial development. In addition to these symptoms, people with Baraitser Rodeck Garner syndrome will sometimes have something wrong with the development of their kidneys (an organ that filters and cleans our blood) that prevents them from working normally.
