Dilated cardiomyopathy describes a weak heart that can't pump blood to your body with as much force as a healthy heart can. Cataracts are cloudly eyes. Hip spine disease is the irregularities in or weakening of joints in the hips and backbone. Cataracts are often the first symptom seen.
